What is Our Library?
Our library is a listing of off-market deals that were past on by our clients. During the normal course of business we end up finding a lot more businesses interested in selling than fit our client’s goals. Those businesses are placed in our library to be matched with an applicable client in the future. For whatever reason these businesses have chosen to not sell via brokerages and would rather be matched with the right off-market buyer. It’s this list that we are allowing limited access to.
How it Works:
When you sign up below, your information will be held until close to our release.
Interview
We will schedule an interview with you so as to place expectations and to insure our service and this list is a good fit for you. We don’t want to mislead you in any way so an interview process is necessary. Especially on our beta version.
Subscription Fee
There will be a monthly subscription fee to access this list. Actual fee TBD.
Exclusivity
Once you have access you will be able to see a redacted overview of each listing. Certainly enough to get a good feel for what it is and does. When you see a business of interest you can request information on it. That starts your exclusive deal period. In which, you and you alone will have sole access to see if the deal is right for you. No one is competing against you. No one is pressuring you to close. It’s yours if you want it. It’s yours to pursue at your pace. If you decide its not right for you your exclusivity period is over and the process repeats.
Client Success Fee
Upon closing on a business you will be responsible for a client success fee of 8%.
